About the role:
We are looking for a Legal Counsel for a temporary position starting in April 2025 for at least 6 months. The role involves broad responsibility for the company's legal matters, where you will work closely with the business and support strategic and operational decisions. You will handle a variety of legal areas and ensure that the business complies with relevant laws and regulations, both nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide legal advice in contract law, corporate law, commercial law, intellectual property law, consumer law, and marketing legislation

• Negotiate, review, and draft commercial agreements

• Identify and manage legal risks and develop processes for risk minimization

• Assist in legal disputes and manage contact with external legal advisors when necessary

• Stay updated on relevant legislation and its impact on the business

• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal policies and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Law degree from a university/college

• 3–5 years of experience from a law firm or as in-house counsel, preferably from the tech industry

• Solid knowledge in contract law and corporate law

• Experience with commercial agreements, negotiations, and business law issues

• Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
