Randstad is now looking for a roaming receptionist for our service pool for assignments in Stockholm, starting as agreed. This is an excellent position for someone who has recently graduated and wants to take on new challenges after their studies.

We work with several exciting clients, including law firms, banks, and real estate companies – which makes your workday both varied and diverse. Here you will have the chance to work at different workplaces, sometimes at the same location for a few days and sometimes at different places. In addition to receptionist duties, you may also serve as an office hostess, switchboard operator, or office janitor.

As a roaming receptionist, you will receive solid introduction and training at between 10-15 different workplaces. After that, you will work at various offices of our clients, giving you a fantastic opportunity to expand your network and develop in your career.

We are looking for someone who enjoys variety and is flexible – just like our colleagues in the service pool.

Responsibilities

• Receive and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Ensure that the reception and common areas are kept presentable and organized
• Be responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of the coffee machine for staff and visitors

Qualifications

• Completed high school education
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in service work
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
