Are you an experienced business developer with a passion for sales and transformation? Do you want to drive change in a dynamic and innovative environment? Then the role of Senior Business Developer at Telenor Large Sales might be right for you! As a Senior Business Developer, you will play a key role in shaping and developing our sales methodology. You will be responsible for driving sales results, developing new tools, and leading our sales transformation within Large Sales. You will work closely with the sales team and management to implement innovative strategies and ensure we meet our business goals.

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead sales transformation: optimize sales processes by implementing new technology and innovative methods.
  • Project management: drive initiatives and projects aimed at strengthening sales and promoting growth within strategic business areas.
  • Inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards common goals.
  • Continuous development: improve sales processes, tools, and resources to ensure a long-term competitive advantage.
  • Cultural bearer of change: drive change initiatives and ensure a clear implementation of new ways of working.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving development and transformation within B2B sales with a proven ability to achieve business goals. You have previous experience in Enterprise (B2B) sales and the ability to translate strategies into concrete results, knowing what it takes to drive change in our field. We see that you have documented experience in managing complex projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with our high business goals.

We also believe you have:

  • Leadership ability: Strong ability to lead and inspire teams indirectly, focusing on collaboration and achieving common goals.
  • Innovation: Ability to think creatively and develop new sales strategies and methods to drive growth.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical ability to assess sales data and market trends and make informed decisions.
  • Communication skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization.
  • Educational background: A relevant university degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strongly meritorious if you have previous experience in telecom/tech.
