In this role, you will work as a flexible service manager, primarily as a receptionist for our various clients around the Gothenburg area.

The position is for you who enjoy a varied job where you work at different companies, such as real estate companies, banks, shopping centers and also at our conference facilities. As a flexible service manager, you will create a large network and gain a lot of experience from working at different companies in the business world. During the first few weeks, you will undergo training at our clients' locations alongside the regular staff. You will work both independently and in teams. Examples of tasks you may be responsible for include:

• Acting as a mood manager and ensuring world-class service is delivered to all visitors as a receptionist/service employee.
• Administrative work in various systems
• Bookings and orders
• Conference management
• Email and phone
• Mail and package handling
• Other related tasks belonging to the role of service employee.

About the Employment

• Permanent employment with a 6-month initial probation period
• 100% employment rate (on days when there is no immediate need, you will instead attend training/additional instruction or assist where needed)
• Monday to Friday office hours approximately 08-17
• The assignments are located in Gothenburg
• Start immediately or as agreed
