ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a student HR Assistant to support the HR team on behalf of American Express. American Express has a nice office in Gärdet, Stockholm. American Express is a global and well-renowned company offering payment solutions and financial services to both individuals and businesses.

In this role, you are expected to work two half-days a week from May to September. You will arrange the schedule together with your immediate supervisor.

The work will consist of administrative tasks such as:

• Employer certificates
• Income insurance
• Employment certificates
• Email inquiries from employees

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying HR or similar
• Has good knowledge of Office 365
• Has good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
