We are looking for a Controller Manager for an interim assignment. In this role, you will not have personnel responsibility.

About the role and your responsibilities:

• Drive and ensure that the company's budget and forecasting processes run smoothly and according to established plans. • Be responsible for monthly follow-up of financial results at the department, unit, and property level to ensure that the operations stay on track. • Follow up and analyze monthly investment outcomes in relation to the budget to identify deviations and improvement opportunities. • Ensure that investment calculations related to decision-making documents are correct and that the process for these calculations works efficiently. • Specify requirements and implement BI systems to improve data management and analytical capacity. • Support the work of reporting at the property level and enable detailed operating net analyses. • Be responsible for the process regarding market valuation of properties and ensure that it is carried out correctly and reliably. • Deliver ad hoc analyses to the CFO, CEO, and management to provide decision support in strategic matters. • Actively contribute to improving and streamlining the financial processes within the organization.

Purpose of the assignment and expected results:

The goal of the assignment is to strengthen financial management by developing and streamlining budget and forecasting processes, as well as ensuring continuous monthly follow-up and deviation analysis. The assignment should contribute to both the Controlling unit and the operational business gaining a deeper understanding of the company's financial situation.

Furthermore, the assignment aims to improve the quality and progress of investment processes and to initiate the implementation of a new BI system to enable better decision support and analytical capacity.

Scope:

The assignment is expected to encompass 100% of the time throughout the assignment period. The indicated scope is a qualified estimate, meaning that the actual need may vary and both exceed or fall short of the indicated scope.

Mandatory requirements:

• At least five years of experience in controlling within the real estate sector. • Practical experience in both business controlling and project controlling. • Experience in investment calculations. • Experience in driving development projects, including the implementation of BI systems and process improvements. • Academic education at the college or university level of at least three years. • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. • Available to start on April 1st.

Desirable requirements:

Experience in property valuation is a plus.Start and application:
