About the Position
We are now looking for new employees who are passionate about customer service for our client GodEl. GodEl is Sweden's most sustainable electricity company, and we are seeking you who want to be part of an exciting growth journey towards a better tomorrow! Here you will be welcomed in the role of customer service representative together with a dedicated team that all strive to create WOW experiences for customers via both phone and email.
GodEl is not an ordinary electricity company but is owned by the Swedish foundation GoodCause, which starts businesses where the profits go to charitable organizations. All electricity they sell is marked with Bra Miljöval. In addition to this, GodEl invests in the climate. Among other things, by binding 110 percent of the greenhouse gas emissions generated in our value chain.
Your Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails regarding billing inquiries, product questions, contract signing, energy advice, service issues, and general customer inquiries.
- Maintain a high professional standard with customers and work to provide a positive experience for everyone who contacts GodEl.
- Effectively log customer information in the customer management system during and after each call/case.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, world issues, price developments, and be informed of any changes in GodEl's policy.
- Influence GodEl's foundation by proactively solving problems and turning our customers' questions into clarity.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to create a good workplace and develop our product.
Your Profile
As a customer service representative, you create WOW experiences for our customers through contact via phone and email. You handle customer service cases with the aim of creating efficient customer management with very high customer satisfaction. It comes naturally to you to contribute to the team spirit in the group by being yourself and wanting to develop forward together with your colleagues. You enjoy developing in your daily tasks but are also curious to explore knowledge in new areas.
Qualifications:
- Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Completed high school education
- 1–3 years of previous work experience in customer service
- 1–3 years of experience working in customer systems
- Customer administration
Preferred Experiences:
- Sales
- The electricity market
- Other language skills

About the Company
GodEl is currently Sweden's eighth largest electricity company and additionally one of the fastest growing. Today, GodEl's workforce consists of 1 CEO and 4 managers who, together with the CEO, form the company's management team, and 35 dedicated employees who all have their base at GodEl's office in central Sundbyberg.
The customer service at GodEl consists of 20 employees divided into two teams, customer service and back office, each led by their own team leader. The team also includes a superuser and a service developer. The work is primarily performed from the office, but there is an opportunity for remote work up to two days a week.
The salary will be 28,000 SEK/month.
