Finnish-speaking Junior Claims Adjuster

Are you a meticulous and service-oriented person with an eye for detail? Do you also have knowledge of Finnish? We are currently looking for a Finnish-speaking junior claims adjuster on behalf of our client. This position is a consulting assignment through Adecco for six months, starting immediately.

About the Position

In this role, you will handle and assess claims cases, communicate with customers, and collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth and efficient claims adjustment process.

About You

• You have good knowledge of Swedish and Finnish, both spoken and written
• You are meticulous, structured, and have an eye for detail
• You have good communication skills and are service-oriented
• You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others
• You have previous experience as a claims adjuster or experience in customer service, preferably with a focus on finance or insurance

Your Responsibilities

• Assess and process claims cases
• Communicate with customers and partners in both Swedish and Finnish
• Ensure that all cases are handled according to applicable guidelines and regulations
• Contribute to improving our processes and customer experiences
