JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER AT COCA-COLA

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Junior Brand Manager, you will lead the work with Coca-Cola's Sports Drink brand Powerade in Sweden. This includes analyzing brand performance, budget management, project planning, approving media plans, coordinating activities, campaigns, PR, experiential marketing, and events, in collaboration with the company's European marketing team and their local bottlers.

Be responsible for supporting the development of new digital tools and platforms used in marketing
Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to support cross-functional initiatives
Participate in workshop planning and manage tasks aligned with brand priorities
Prepare and compile reports for follow-up, development, and results

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with strong knowledge and interest in marketing. Previous experience is not a must, but experience in brand campaigns is a plus. We seek a driven individual with great commitment and willingness.

We are looking for someone who has:

At least a bachelor's degree in marketing
A passion for the brand and marketing work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
Good collaboration skills with internal and external contacts
Experience in leading projects and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
The ability to quickly manage changes and solve problems when challenges arise.
Experience working under pressure to meet set goals
An understanding of digital tools and marketing strategies
