BioSalma is looking for an engaged and results-oriented Key Account Manager to lead and develop the pharmacy business, focusing on both e-commerce and physical trade. The role involves full commercial responsibility and a key role in expanding BioSalma's innovative products in dietary supplements and health. About the position

Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager, you will take overall responsibility for BioSalma's pharmacy business and be involved in the entire process – from product development and sourcing to the launch of new products and campaigns. You play a central role in ensuring that the products are visible and available in the market, both through e-pharmacies and physical pharmacies. In this role, you will collaborate internally to drive business development and build long-term and strong customer relationships.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Take full commercial ownership of the pharmacy business and develop and drive sales of BioSalma's products to pharmacies and pharmacy chains.
• Drive campaigns in collaboration with customers.
• Actively participate in product development and the launch of new products in close collaboration with quality and marketing.
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure that all pharmacies receive accurate product information and that we follow established guidelines and policies.
• Create and implement action plans to increase sales and strengthen BioSalma's position in the market.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure continued business development.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Several years of experience in sales in a similar role within FMCG
• Documented experience in developing and implementing successful business plans and strategies to increase sales
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Experience in selling products in dietary supplements and health is highly meritorious
• Experience in selling to e-pharmacies/pharmacies or e-commerce is highly meritorious
