For the position of Scale Administrator, you should have

• a background in a service profession where you have needed to handle many cases simultaneously and provide quick and efficient service to customers
• fluent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• good knowledge of English in spoken and written form
• driving license B
• access to your own car

It is also advantageous if you:

• Master several languages: e.g., Russian, Polish, or Latvian
• Are familiar with working in the Office suite

About the job as a Scale Administrator

As a Scale Administrator at the facility, you are an important cog in the daily operations as the receiver of materials to the facility. Together, you are part of a team of four, and your purpose is to receive customers who come with waste of various materials. The materials need to be weighed and then directed to the correct department. Your tasks include being responsible for weighing vehicles in and out, performing checks of incoming materials, and guiding and directing incoming deliveries to the correct area. The team works in shifts, and there are always at least two of you manning the scale.

Other tasks

• Perform checks of required documents (various transport or customs documents)
• Compile statistics for internal and external use
• Direct upcoming deliveries via email and the scale system
• Respond to emails and phone calls and maintain ongoing contact with customers and various departments within the company
