Filmstaden ABStockholms län, Huddinge
Previous experience is desired
We are moving full speed ahead at Filmstaden Heron City and we are now looking for you who want to help us manage our world-class operations! We are looking for more Guest Experience Supervisors who can make the cinema visits memorable for all our guests. Does this sound like something for you? Apply today! The position is a temporary contract until 31/3/2026 where you will work part-time 80%.
About the job:
As a Guest Experience Supervisor (GES), you play a key role in leading the daily operations to ensure the cinema meets its set goals, puts guests first, and provides them with an extraordinary movie experience. With a steady hand, you lead the work in operations, support your colleagues, and create conditions to exceed guests' expectations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and distributing work in operations to create an experience for all our guests.
- Coaching and motivating employees to deliver the highest quality service.
- Ensuring high quality in operations by being responsible for compliance with all processes and routines regarding operations and safety.
- Driving our sales by coordinating staffing and ensuring our employees have the tools they need to deliver at a high level.
- Conducting our various marketing activities.
- Scanning tickets, guiding guests to the right auditorium and film, welcoming them in the auditorium before the screening, and ensuring they have a great movie experience.
- Being available to answer questions and assist guests.
- Handling ticket sales as well as sales of popcorn, soda, candy, and some food and beverage products.
- Carrying out basic cleaning routines in our auditoriums and premises, including preparation for shows, cleaning toilets, unpacking deliveries, and restocking items in the store.
Working hours are mainly evenings and weekends between 09:30-00:30. Working hours vary each day and there are late shifts when we have many guests visiting our late screenings that end around 00:30. Every day looks different as you, as a Guest Experience Supervisor, have rotating shifts in operations as well as being a team leader and administrator. As an extra GES, you primarily have shifts in operations and get shifts as a team leader when needed, for example, when the regular GES is away on vacation. As an extra GES, there may be adjustments at short notice, so we expect a high degree of flexibility in the schedule. Since you will be replacing GES during the summer vacation, the introduction will begin in May.
