Dun & Bradstreet is now looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent for one of their three teams in the customer service department - Business Domestic!

About the role

Dun & Bradstreet is looking for someone who is structured and has an eye for detail. You work methodically and carefully, ensuring that nothing is left to chance. Your precision and ability to maintain high quality in your work are crucial for success in the role.

As a Business-to-Business (B2B) Customer Service Agent, your main responsibility is to provide high-quality service and support to Dun & Bradstreet's corporate clients, focusing on achieving high-quality goals such as customer satisfaction, short handling time, and a deep understanding of their customers' needs. At the same time, Dun & Bradstreet strives to automate its processes and continuously improve its ways of working. An important part of the job is to build long-term relationships with customers, understand their business, and contribute to their success. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are handled in the best way possible.

To succeed in the role, you have an eye for detail, you are communicative, solution-oriented, structured, and able to handle multiple cases simultaneously. You work methodically and carefully, ensuring that nothing is left to chance. You are quality-conscious and have a strong customer focus, while being comfortable working in an environment where rapid changes and a fast pace are the norm. As part of the Business Domestic team, you will be part of a close-knit team of 10 people. Together, you will work closely to manage daily tasks, which include:

  • Handling cases related to invoicing issues, such as explaining what the customer has been invoiced for or providing them with an invoice copy. The role will also involve close collaboration with the finance department to resolve invoicing issues.
  • Handling customer order disputes, such as disputing an invoice or when a customer believes they have been incorrectly charged for a product, and so on.
  • Support for Dun & Bradstreet's services and products.

This team focuses on Dun & Bradstreet's risk and credit services as well as printed products. Dun & Bradstreet values strong collaboration, high accountability, and a positive atmosphere where they often laugh together - all while maintaining the high standards expected of them. The role involves contributing to creating a great service experience by handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and proactively working to identify solutions that improve customers' experiences and businesses.

Other:

  • The work will be hybrid but at least two days in the office in Solna
  • Interviews are ongoing, so the position may be filled before the specified date.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience or experience in a service role with handling various systems.
  • Comfortable with phone communication
  • Good computer and system knowledge - Comfortable navigating in a Microsoft-based environment.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
