At Haupt Lakrits, we are known for our high-quality licorice and flavors that stand out – Our “SalmiakBOMBER” or “Svenskjävlar” awaken every flavorless mouth to life! But it’s not just our products that are intense. We are now looking for a person who likes to work hard, doesn’t shy away from tough tasks, and always gives their best – a true “Shut the fudge up!” in the workplace!

The role is 50/50 – a mix of warehouse work and administration, so it will involve as much muscle work as brain work. You will be the backbone for our CEO and factory manager, but also the one who picks and packs our delicious licorice products for our sweet-toothed customers. Here’s what you will do:

Support the CEO and factory manager in daily administrative tasks.
Respond to emails and phone calls from customers – Our customers deserve world-class service.
Order management – you will ensure that every customer receives their “Pilska finnar” or “Smålänningar” on time.
Basic finance/purchasing – keep track of the money so we can continue making licorice.
Receive deliveries – you are our first line of defense when new deliveries roll in.
Pick and pack orders – fill boxes with love (and licorice!).
Book deliveries – ensure that our goodies reach their rightful destinations.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 07:00-16:00
