Operations Sales Representative/Product Specialist – Medical Technology

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Operations Sales Representative/Product Specialist in medical technology for an exciting company in Stockholm. In this role, you will work with sales and product support of surgical products, with a particular focus on gynecology and infusion. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and be a key player in driving sales and business development. The company is in an exciting phase of strong growth and expansion.

Location: Stockholm

Salary: Base salary + Commission

Start: Immediately

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales of surgical products within medical technology.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers in healthcare.
• Provide product training and support to healthcare personnel.
• Actively work in CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
• Travel to customers 3-4 days a week.
• Participate in surgeries and assist with product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a medical technology salesperson in surgical products.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Experience in gynecology or infusion is a plus.
• Strong ability to build and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for work (3-4 travel days/week).
• Experience from the operating room.
