About the Role

As KAM Fleet at Kia Sweden, you will work both operationally and tactically to drive sales and development projects within our corporate segment. You will be responsible for strengthening relationships with our largest corporate customers, supporting our dealers' corporate sales, and contributing to the development of our business in both passenger cars and PBV/transport vehicles.

In the role of KAM Fleet, you will be involved in:

  • Building and developing long-term relationships with corporate customers, business partners, and our dealers.
  • Being the primary contact person for the dealers' corporate advisors and KAMs.
  • Driving business development and implementing strategic initiatives to strengthen our position in corporate sales.
  • Identifying and executing activities to maximize business opportunities within the corporate segment.
  • Training and supporting dealers in their work with corporate customers.
  • Being responsible for the development, follow-up, and administration of framework agreements.
  • Leading development projects to improve and streamline Kia's corporate business.
  • Working with a model program regarding both Kia passenger cars and PBV (transport vehicles).

The role is based at our beautiful office in Upplands Väsby, but travel to both customers and dealers is required. You will report to the Team Manager Fleet, Remarketing & Mobility, and work closely with other functions within Kia Sweden. Together, we ensure the best fleet solution in the market.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you have solid experience in B2B sales in the automotive industry, preferably from leasing companies and/or general agents, and you have documented experience in building and developing long-term customer relationships. You speak Swedish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing, and you have good system skills, primarily in PowerPoint, Excel, and preferably SAP.

Furthermore, you also have:

  • A strong business sense and good understanding of corporate customers' needs and processes.
  • The ability to work both tactically and operationally with business development.
  • Experience in driving and implementing development projects.
  • A structured working method and good administrative skills.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in delivering presentations.
  • Good commercial understanding and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
