About the Position:

We are looking for engaged and evening-oriented employees for evening and night work for our client in the financial sector. The department is open around the clock, and you will work on a rotating schedule with varying working hours alongside your colleagues. In this role, you will receive incoming calls from customers, primarily regarding issues related to blocking bank cards and Bank-ID. You will also act as first line support for fraud reports. You will have extensive phone contact with customers, as well as communicate via email and collaborate with other internal departments.

Qualifications:

• Completed high school education
• Experience in tasks with significant customer contact over the phone, preferably with card issues
• Able to work on a rotating schedule with varying hours during evenings and nights
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
