PS Partner is looking for a person for the role of Technical Customer Service Representative and Service Coordinator for Boon Edam in Solna. Start as soon as possible by agreement.

With us, you are in safe hands – from our initial conversation about your entrance vision, through the decision-making process, and all the way to after-sales and service.

The role includes:

• Coordinating staff for fault reports, warranty cases, and service.

• Follow-up on service work after the technician's report has been completed.

• Ensuring that spare parts are available for fault reports, warranty cases, and service.

• Receiving and creating orders in the business system.

• Invoicing

We believe you have:

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• A couple of years of experience in customer service and technical knowledge.

• Very good system skills and experience handling multiple systems simultaneously.

• The ability to communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

As a person, you are customer-oriented with a proactive attitude, who enjoys collaborating with different departments to solve problems.

You will work in a modern office located in Solna with good connections to public transport, and for those driving, there are good parking facilities.

The company operates internationally and uses English as the corporate language.

Who are you? We see that you have a post-secondary education and experience in a similar coordinating administrative role within a similar industry. You have good communication skills and appreciate collaboration in your work. As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and focused with a strong commitment to your work. You have good IT skills and solid experience with MS Office. It is a plus if you have worked in the SAP system.

Furthermore, we see that you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Since the company operates internationally, we expect you to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.

You have previously worked with technical issues and have a technical interest.
