Account Manager at Telenor

How you will make a difference with us

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing business opportunities with our SME customers, both new and existing. You will work with a portfolio of clients and be their primary contact to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions that fit their business. Therefore, it is advantageous if you are already working with Telenor's SME portfolio.

In this role, you will also actively work with your personal network to create new business opportunities, and we expect you to have a proactive approach and ensure that your customer base is constantly updated. For us at Telenor, it is a given that you contribute your expertise and knowledge both within the team and to colleagues in other regions. You will work closely with other Account Managers within SME Inhouse to share knowledge and leverage each other's experiences and skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

To thrive in this role, you need to have the ability to build relationships and strong business acumen. You should be self-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team. As a person, you have an inner drive and a good ability to take initiative. Your social skills and ability to network and build relationships at all levels are very good, and you have a good structure in your work. You value quality over quantity in your tasks and thrive in a changing work environment.

We see that you have good computer skills and keep yourself constantly updated on new tools that enable and develop your work. Through courses and web-based training, you take an active role in developing your skills and your way of working. You are driven by being part of Telenor's journey forward and have a strong interest in corporate sales. We see that you have documented experience in sales and a good understanding of how a sales process looks. We also see that you are accustomed to working with Office programs and have good computer skills.

Post-secondary education is an advantage.
