About the company

Emploid has been entrusted again to assist Alflow in their recruitment! Since 1998, Alflow has been the exclusive distributor of flow components in both plastic and stainless steel for the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries, primarily in Denmark. Based in Vejen, Denmark, Alflow's team handles technical consulting, sales, and distribution. Alflow is now on a growth journey and is therefore looking for a Sales Engineer for Sweden who wants to be part of continuing to establish a sales organization here as well. About the role

In the role of Account Manager / Sales Engineer, you will be one of Alflow's first salespeople based in Sweden. This means you will have great opportunities to work with your Danish colleagues to establish the sales organization in Sweden. You will have complete ownership of your sales processes, responsible for everything from prospecting and conducting meetings to closing deals and customer dialogue until the project is completed. You will work within the Pharmaceutical business area throughout Sweden, with your base in Stockholm. In close collaboration with your immediate manager, you will formulate sales strategies for Sweden and ensure a secure delivery to customers. You will have back-office functions and technical support behind you that will continuously assist you and provide information.

More specifically, the position includes:

- Prospecting and new customer acquisition

- Driving customer dialogues towards business

- Working network- and relationship-oriented

- Developing business for existing customers

The role involves a lot of travel, where you are expected to be on the road 3 days a week. Alflow's headquarters is located in Vejen, Denmark, which you will visit at least once a month.

About you

We are looking for someone who has worked in sales for 3-5 years and is now ready to take the next step in their career. You are a person with high personal drive who constantly strives to move forward. An entrepreneurial spirit permeates your work, and you are not afraid to try new ways to achieve your goals. With a great deal of curiosity, you approach your work, wanting to understand everything from Alflow's product range to how their customers operate in order to offer the best technical solutions. Since you will be working on building relationships, it is important that you are credible in your communication and instill confidence in your customers. You thrive when you can work towards high-set goals, where you have a results-oriented approach to your work.

In addition, the following are required for the position:

- Documented sales experience where you are responsible for everything from prospecting, meeting booking, and conducting meetings to closing

- Previous experience in new customer acquisition

- Strong technical interest

- Good computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems

- Fluent in Swedish and English

- Driving license B

The following are meritorious but not required:

- Post-secondary education, preferably in sales

- Experience in technical sales to the process industry, preferably in food and pharmaceuticals

- Experience in selling flow components
