Customer Service Representative

ABOUT THE POSITION

Comintelli is a leading player in market intelligence and analysis tools and is in an exciting phase of expansion. After the summer, they will have moved into the historic Gamla Posthuset at Vasagatan 7A – a modern and inspiring workplace with shared spaces, conference rooms, and activities such as yoga and after-work events.

In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in Comintelli's customer support. You will be an important link between customers and the development team, working with troubleshooting, support, and user training. This is a role that gives you the opportunity to further develop in technical support and customer relations.

You will be part of the Revenue team and report to the sales manager, but work closely with the team leader, who will be your mentor and contact person in your daily work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Communicate solutions to customers or escalate technical issues to the development team
  • Contribute to customer training and user support to ensure a smooth experience
  • Troubleshoot and identify issues – determine whether it is a bug or a user question
  • Manage and follow up incoming customer cases in Comintelli's case management system (ZenDesk)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is communicative, service-oriented, and enjoys customer contact.
  • Has previous experience in customer support, IT support, or a similar role.
  • Has a strong technical interest and enjoys solving problems independently.
  • Has a post-secondary education in IT, technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written – many of Comintelli's customers are in the USA.

It is a merit if you have experience with ZenDesk or other case management systems or if you have knowledge of German. It is also an advantage if you are willing to work fully or partially during American working hours.

To thrive in the role, we see that you have a natural sense of service and a solution-oriented attitude. You enjoy working independently but also thrive in a team where collaboration is a key factor. Since the role involves a lot of customer contact, it is important that you have strong communication skills and can adapt your dialogue based on different customers' needs. Furthermore, we see that you have a strong technical interest and a desire to understand how systems work in depth – you see troubleshooting and finding solutions as a challenge rather than immediately escalating issues.
