We are looking for a Product Manager & Head of Customer Support
Do you have both technical depth and commercial drive? Do you want to combine strategic product responsibility with operational leadership? Then this is the role for you. You will report to the CEO and the position is located in Tumba.
We are looking for someone who wants to take overall responsibility for both product issues and sales support – in a key role that unites market insights, technical knowledge, and business acumen.
About the role
As Product Manager & Head of Customer Support, you will have a central position where you are responsible for product issues and coach our sales support team towards common goals. The role involves shared responsibility between the strategic tasks of the product manager and the operational leadership of sales support – with a particular emphasis on technical understanding and product knowledge.
You will, among other things:
- Drive product compliance issues such as adherence to regulations (REACH, RoHS, etc.), as well as contact with suppliers on product matters
- Conduct market analyses and gather customer insights for product development
- Be responsible for launching, go-to-market, and training of the sales department
- Coach and develop the sales support team in quotation work, customer service, and order management
- Optimize sales and order processes, including digitization and goal tracking
- Work closely with quality, logistics, marketing, and finance
We are looking for someone who has a strong technical background and a commercial flair. You are structured, analytical, and communicative, and you enjoy combining strategic work with operational presence in the team. We also see that you have
An academic background as a college engineer or master of engineering, preferably in materials technology or mechanics.
Experience in technically oriented product work or technical sales
Good understanding of product compliance and technical regulations
It is an advantage if you have experience leading teams and driving development in a goal-oriented environment
