About the Position

Do you want to help develop and grow our client's spare parts business? We are now looking for a driven and engaged Spare Parts Salesperson to support end customers, dealers, and internal departments with administration, support, and sales. Your role will be crucial in proactively developing our client's spare parts business in Sweden through customer outreach, follow-ups, and new initiatives. The position is a temporary consulting assignment where you will be employed by Poolia. The work will be performed from the client's office in southern Stockholm.

Your Main Responsibilities

As a Spare Parts Salesperson, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers and internal departments with technical advice and spare parts lists.
  • Registering, monitoring deliveries, and following up on spare parts orders.
  • Creating and following up on spare parts quotes for customer inquiries.
  • Actively targeting potential customers and driving sales through campaigns and outreach.
  • Administering internal systems such as SAP, CRM, Webshop, and other portals.
  • Managing customer-specific price lists and discount structures.
  • Performing other administrative tasks within the spare parts order process.
  • Maintaining the item register in the order system (SAP).

Who Are You?

To be successful in the role of Spare Parts Salesperson, you have:

  • A high school education or equivalent experience.
  • Good technical understanding.
  • Experience with SAP and good PC skills (Office).
  • The ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in sales and familiarity with proactive sales.

We are looking for a customer-oriented, social, and driven person who is curious, resilient, and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. You are a team player with good coordination skills and can translate customer information into business opportunities. Additionally, you are meticulous, structured, and able to prioritize effectively.
