Customer Success Advisor at Telenor in Stockholm

We at Manpower are currently looking for a relationship-building and proactive Customer Success Advisor for Telenor in Stockholm. This is a consulting assignment, meaning you will be employed by Manpower but work at Telenor. The position is full-time, and your working hours will be during office hours.

Working as a Customer Success Advisor

In the role of Customer Success Advisor, you will work in a team that daily assists Telenor's business customers via phone and digital channels. Your role will be to develop strong relationships with Telenor's customers, create a deep understanding of the customer's business, and deliver a world-class customer experience. An important task is to work proactively by identifying potential and offering services that add significant value for the customer. A key to success is your ability to define and manage the customer's problems, where you either address them directly or effectively escalate them within the organization. You will be offered good development opportunities, and you are also expected to actively seek information to expand your area of expertise and improve the conditions of the assignment.

Who are we looking for?

For the role of Customer Success Advisor, we are primarily looking for someone who is a communicative and results-oriented person driven by taking initiatives and working with people. To thrive in the role, you need to have a genuine interest in service, developing long-term customer relationships, and the ability to handle complex situations in a fast-paced environment. To get into the role as quickly as possible, it is a significant plus if you have experience in sales and service roles within business-to-business. Your mindset is that the team comes before the individual, and that we are better together.

In addition, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English
  • Has a high school diploma
  • Has held positions with significant customer contact
