Together with 14 other Northern European IT companies, we have formed itm8, a new powerhouse in digital transformation. We are now looking for someone who wants to join us on this journey and thrives in situations where not all answers are already given, but you will take on the challenge of finding them together with ambitious and driven colleagues.

We are now looking for a temporary replacement for our team until 2025-12-30.

The job involves a significant amount of ongoing order and purchasing administration.

What does that mean? It may involve helping our salespeople with order registration, purchasing, delivery planning, follow-up on deliveries, and being involved in larger workplace exchange projects.

You will belong to a group with extensive and solid experience in order administration, as well as pre-sale specialists in licensing, printing, and data centers, to collectively help our customers with efficient and accurate delivery. Helpfulness is seen as a given, and we expect you to thrive in an environment where personal initiatives and decisions are encouraged.

You will create invoicing documentation, update price lists, and plan and monitor deliveries. Handling deviations and reporting back is also part of the job. In rollout projects, you will be involved throughout the project, from the planning stage with needs assessment, methods, and development of rollout plans and instructions, to implementation with delivery, installation, deviations, returns, and handover to ongoing management.

This will also involve ad hoc work within the order team; we help each other. In this role, we expect most of the work to be done from the office during daytime. That said, there is a high degree of flexibility to accommodate your life puzzle.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in order and purchasing, preferably within the IT industry
• Previous experience with Dynamics NAV
• Understanding of orders, inventory, and invoicing
