About the role

You will be part of a team of four assistants providing support to lawyers and partners. You will report to the COO and have a team leader as your daily contact.

The tasks are varied and include document management and formatting in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe, preparation of course materials, registration of new clients and cases, proofreading, translations, transcription, travel and conference bookings, government contacts, and copying as well as scanning. As an assistant, you may also support other administrative units in the firm (e.g., HR and marketing)

Who do we think is the best fit for the role

We are looking for someone who has worked administratively full-time for at least three years. Experience from another law firm or from finance, management, or similar is preferred as the environments are similar in terms of pace and precision. However, the most important thing for us is your personality, so experience from other industries is also meritorious.

One requirement is that you are a proficient user of the Office suite as a large portion of your tasks will involve document management of various kinds. You are also expected to have a very good knowledge of, and interest in, continuously learning more about IT-related issues. You are a skilled communicator, both in writing and speaking, in both Swedish and English.

You are a service-oriented, efficient, driven, and goal-oriented person while not compromising on quality. You have excellent collaboration and communication skills and are a team player who shares your knowledge.

In this recruitment, Kilpatrick collaborates with OnePartnerGroup Stockholm. The position is full-time with a start date according to agreement, and you will have your workplace at Hovslagargatan 5B, in Stockholm.

For optimal integration into the role and to ensure the best possible support for our colleagues, daily presence in the office is desired during the first year of employment. After that, there is some possibility for remote work (one day per week).
