We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist who can work broadly across the group's various companies and be responsible for both operational and administrative tasks. The role requires a deep understanding of the real estate industry, strategic collaboration with management, and a high level of technical competence.

This position is unique and difficult to fill, as the right candidate needs extensive experience in both property management and advanced IT systems, as well as the ability to navigate a complex, multicultural corporate structure.

Responsibilities

• Direct collaboration with the CEO and management to drive operational initiatives.
• Independently manage and optimize processes across multiple companies within the group.
• Monitor and streamline property management systems and operational flows.
• Implement and manage advanced IT tools, including AI solutions and Microsoft 365.
• Work strategically and operationally with the digitization and automation of processes.
• Communicate and coordinate with international partners and teams.
• Ensure that daily operations run smoothly.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a specialized and experienced candidate who can quickly adapt to the role and work independently. To succeed in this position, the following is required:

• Experience in the real estate industry with a corporate structure.
• Documented experience in operational and administrative processes across multiple companies.
• Ability to work in an international environment and manage cultural variations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, emotional stability, and strategic thinking.

Mandatory requirements

To fit into this role, we expect you to have:

• Relevant post-secondary education in economics and fire protection.
• Deep technical competence, including handling Microsoft 365, AI solutions, and experience with hotel systems such as Picasso, Visbook, and Salto.
• Proven ability to optimize business processes, particularly within the hotel and real estate sectors, including digitization, pricing, and operational optimization.
• Experience in business development and company registration in an international context, including opening bank accounts abroad and legal administration.
• Strong project management skills, including managing property and business projects from planning to execution.
• Solid experience in international communication and negotiation, with excellent language skills in Swedish, English, and at least one additional language.
• Documented experience in creating and implementing internal guidelines and manuals for both hotel and tech companies.
