About the Role

Here you will work closely with the HR manager in a supportive role for the HR department. You will have the chance to delve into HR work and gain valuable experience from an international company.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Administration and updating in the HR system UKG
• Personnel administration
• Managing onboarding and offboarding activities within the organization
• Other administrative support, such as preparing presentations and taking meeting notes

Who Are You?

You are studying the HR program or equivalent and likely have a couple of semesters behind you. We are looking for someone interested in a rewarding job alongside their studies, where you have the opportunity to grow and gain insight into HR work. As a person, you are proactive and curious with strong administrative skills. We see that you are a positive person who enjoys taking on new challenges.

More Information:

This is an exciting consulting assignment via Jurek HR starting in April and lasting throughout 2025, with good opportunities for extension. You will be employed by us but work on-site at our client's office located in Solna.
