About the position

Perido is now seeking a finance assistant on behalf of our client, an organization that has a supportive function in close collaboration with Swedish authorities, focusing on technical innovation and security. The position is located at the client’s office in Stockholm.

Your main responsibilities:

• invoice control, which may involve preparing documentation for data processing and reconciling account balances
• work with accounting and bookkeeping
• work in financial systems (for example, U4/Agresso, Raindance, etc.)
• work with accounts payable and receivable
• respond to inquiries about payments and receipts

Your qualities

To succeed in this role, you need to be meticulous, structured, and have analytical thinking. You enjoy working independently but also have good collaboration skills. Since you will be handling both numbers and systems, it is important that you are solution-oriented and have a strong attention to detail. Furthermore, you are required to have good communication skills in both Swedish and English, as you will be in contact with different parts of the organization.

Qualifications:

• University degree in finance or equivalent education and at least three (3) years of work experience in a similar role. Alternatively, high school or equivalent education and five (5) years of work experience as a finance assistant
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Good knowledge of financial systems (for example, U4 Agresso, Raindance, etc.)
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2025-09-30. Start as soon as possible.
