Experienced Finance Assistant with Knowledge in Accounts Payable

Are you an experienced finance assistant with knowledge in accounts payable and business systems? Do you want to be part of a dynamic environment and contribute to an exciting ERP transition? Then this role might be right for you!

This is a consulting assignment starting immediately, expected to last at least 6 months, with a likely extension. The client is located in nice offices in central Stockholm.

About the Role

In this role, you will work with accounts payable and handle everything from registering suppliers to bookkeeping, reconciliations, and payments. You will also be involved in the implementation of a new ERP system and act as a contact person for bank-related questions related to accounts payable.

Main Responsibilities

• Registering suppliers and handling/booking invoices in Palette
• Bookkeeping, reconciliations, and payments in the business system iScala
• Contact person for questions regarding accounts payable
• Participation in the implementation of a new ERP system (Microsoft D365)
• Expense reporting

Suitable Background

• Post-secondary education in finance
• At least 5 years of experience in similar tasks
• Good experience with Microsoft D365 (required)
• Experience with Palette and/or iScala is a plus
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience working with various business systems
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Personal Qualities
