ABOUT THE ROLE

  • You will build your own network of consultants and act as a key person for our customers to meet their staffing needs.
  • You will have overall responsibility for the staffing of consultants and actively work with negotiations, contracts, and follow-ups.
  • The role is a mix of account management and consultant management, which means you will have a broad and business-driven role with great development potential.

PRACTICAL INFO:

  • Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 with one hour of flexible time
  • Employment rate: 100%
  • Employment form: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period
  • Start: As soon as possible
  • Location: We are located in bright offices at our headquarters in central Stockholm. Our policy is that probationary employees work full-time in the office for the best possible onboarding. As a permanent employee, you will then have the opportunity to work remotely a certain number of days a week.

ABOUT THE SELECTION PROCESS

Selection is ongoing, so be quick with your application! Our selection process begins with reviewing CVs and your presentation in the application, followed by phone interviews for candidates who meet the requirements. If we enjoy the conversation, we will move on to a personal interview on-site. The next step in the recruitment process is for our final candidates to complete a test case, followed by a meeting with the hiring managers. Finally, we always check references before hiring.
