Facility Services is part of the Nordic unit Group Services and consists of 20 employees in Sweden. We are tasked with creating attractive and well-functioning workplaces by offering a wide range of FM services — from cleaning and property management to security and workplace services. Our focus is on delivering high quality and tailored solutions that promote efficiency, well-being, and sustainability, to ensure the best possible work environment for our employees.

About the role
As an employee within Facility Services, you are responsible for the daily operations of our headquarters. You will also drive and manage projects and customer inquiries in accordance with established processes and guidelines, including our visual identity. You will collaborate with colleagues nationally and at the Nordic level within the company.
Your responsibilities include certain services such as coffee/tea, lunch, cleaning, etc. You work closely with our external partners to ensure the best quality and experience. You handle daily cases in our service portal and ensure that our office is experienced and maintained in top condition through regular floor rounds.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you need to have your own drive and a strong service mindset, as well as being solution-oriented and meticulous in your work. You should have good social skills and be able to maintain a professional level in your communication with customers.

The role requires great flexibility to handle varying tasks. It is also important to be able to prioritize and plan your work effectively to manage the different cases and tasks that arise.
You are a solution-focused person who does not give up easily. You have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating closely with both colleagues and internal customers. You are used to taking on tasks where needed and are happy to support your colleagues to strengthen the team's overall results.
A fast-paced environment energizes you, and you always strive to develop within your area of expertise.
You also have:
- Swedish and English at high school level.
- Basic knowledge of Office programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Employment type: Temporary position until August 31, 2025.
