Central Preschool Administrator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a central preschool administrator, your tasks will include:
- administering preschool queues and placements,
- document management,
- invoicing,
- income control,
- handling individuals with protected identity or confidentiality markings,
- fee control and debt management for preschool and after-school care,
- administration during transitions from preschool to after-school care.
Other administrative tasks may also occur.
To provide the best service, both internally and externally, we share and assist each other with tasks regardless of focus. The central administrator group has a shared responsibility to maintain high competence and good service. We also have backup for each other's work areas.
The job requires that you can work both independently and in a team with individual and shared goals while maintaining a high level of service. Work methods and approaches are continuously developed.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has at least a three-year high school diploma with an economic or administrative focus, or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. You also have at least two years of experience in administrative work, good experience with the Office suite, good knowledge of English, and solid experience, knowledge, and understanding of one or more operational systems. Experience with Edlevo or other equivalent systems is an advantage.

- have good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing,
