Medical Secretary for the Staffing Unit

We are now looking for a medical secretary for a temporary position in the hospital staffing unit. The staffing unit's secretaries are an administrative unit within hospital care that offers medical documentation services to operations within Region Kronoberg and private care providers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The staffing unit's mission is to serve as a temporary service function, a support function, to other operations primarily within hospital care, for example during peak workloads, short-term absences, or vacancies. The secretaries within the hospital staffing unit should also be able to take on longer assignments and be present at the relevant unit during the agreed period.

As a medical secretary, you are an important part of the administration within healthcare, and you provide significant support to the operation, ensuring that it runs smoothly. The work includes typical tasks for medical secretaries, where the responsibilities may vary depending on which operation/unit you work for.

QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify for this position, you must be a trained medical secretary/healthcare administrator. It is advantageous if you have experience as a medical secretary. You need to have good IT skills and proficiency in the Swedish language.

To thrive as a secretary in the staffing unit, it is important that you are adaptable, have the ability to work independently, and enjoy variation and flexibility.
