Financial Assistant at the Church of Sweden's Financial Service in Växjö
Responsible for collaboration and digitalization of systems and services common to the entire Church of Sweden.

The Church of Sweden's financial service in Växjö is now looking for a Financial Assistant.
Our Operations
The Church of Sweden's financial service offers financial support to parishes and pastorates within the Church of Sweden. Our unit in Växjö currently consists of 14 people who work to provide customers with qualified support in the financial area.
Job Responsibilities
As a financial assistant with us, you will work with administrative tasks related to finance such as ongoing bookkeeping and accounts payable and receivable. Other tasks related to finance may also be included in the position, such as development projects within the financial service.
You work independently but have colleagues close at hand to consult with. In the workgroup, we are keen to collaborate, help each other, and take responsibility for the whole together. The work may vary in intensity throughout the month and year, which means you need to work flexibly and task-oriented.
Our unit in Växjö is on an exciting development journey. We continuously work to refine and digitize our ways of working. Our customer parishes appreciate that we are locally anchored while developing common working methods together with a growing network of financial units across the country within the church's operations.
Who We Are Looking For
For this position, we are looking for someone who is at least a high school graduate in economics, with a few years of experience in financial administration. We expect you to have knowledge of financial systems and good computer skills.

For a successful match, we believe you are a structured and meticulous team player who enjoys administrative tasks. You are interested in digitalization and development and see and seize opportunities for improvements, both in your own tasks and in the whole.
