Regionservice employees provide safe and well-maintained properties, clean facilities, nutritious meals, internal and external transportation, and administrative services for Region Kronoberg. RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a controller, you will work closely with operations and primarily support operational and departmental managers in steering towards set goals. Your tasks will include budget and operational planning, performance monitoring and analysis, as well as year-end closing. You are a crucial link in the organization's financial management and play an important role in driving and developing the business forward. By combining financial expertise with strategic thinking, you contribute to optimizing the organization's results and ensuring sustainable economic development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with at least a bachelor's degree in economics and previous experience in financial monitoring, property economics, and budget work. Experience in the public sector is an advantage.

To thrive in this role, you should be used to working independently and have a natural self-leadership. You communicate information clearly and simply, both verbally and in writing. Additionally, you have good analytical skills and an understanding of the relationship between operations and finance. Since you will have many contacts in your work, it is important that you can inspire trust and maintain relationships.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who wants to be a key player and enjoys a role where you can combine analysis, strategy, and collaboration. With your specialized knowledge in economics, you can both dive into details and lift your gaze to see the bigger picture.
