JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The assignment involves providing the municipality's managers with broad and qualified consultative support in various types of HR issues such as labor law, recruitment, rehabilitation, work environment, collaboration issues, wage formation issues, organizational and restructuring issues, union negotiations, etc. The position is part of a team of 5 people within HR/payroll, and together we develop Lessebo Municipality into an attractive employer in line with our values: trust, respect, responsibility, development, and clarity.

As an HR consultant, you will work closely with the municipality's managers within the education administration. You will also have the opportunity to work strategically with a focus area you are passionate about. We wish for you to enjoy collaborating, have a high work capacity, and like challenges. You communicate clearly and effectively and express yourself well in both speech and writing. You have a structured but pragmatic approach characterized by professionalism in Human Resources. It is desirable if you have knowledge of various personnel systems such as WinLas, Visma, and Miljödata. Experience in HR work is preferred. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree focused on personnel and labor issues or other education that we consider equivalent. Relevant experience in similar tasks is desirable. Personal suitability is of great importance.
