IGT Sweden Interactive AB in Växjö creates, develops, and delivers innovative casino games. As part of the global company IGT, we develop and maintain complete software solutions for server-based gaming machines. At our modern and pleasant office in the i11 area of Växjö, nearly 50 engaged colleagues work in a fast-paced international environment with exciting challenges.
We are now looking for an Office Coordinator, as the position will be vacant due to a retirement. The hope is that the introduction takes place during June together with the current holder of the position.
Your Responsibilities
As an Office Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the daily operation and well-being of the office. You are the spider in the web, making sure that everything from administrative routines to office services runs optimally. You manage processes, create structure, and contribute to a positive work environment where employees thrive and can focus on their work.
- Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing administrative routines and workstations.
- Coordinate internal activities, celebrations, and events to create a pleasant work environment.
- Handle purchases and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Manage invoicing and coordinate supplier invoices with the finance department.
- Coordinate services such as cleaning, mail handling, and technical support.
- Collaborate with the landlord and site management on changes in office spaces.
- Organize safety measures such as fire drills and safety regulations in collaboration with HR.
- Assist with travel and expense management.
- Support employees in Stockholm with administrative tasks and purchases.
The position is approximately 80%, but we are flexible and may adjust the scope based on your needs and preferences.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is administratively skilled, solution-oriented, and enjoys a role where you can create order and structure. You are a service-oriented person with an eye for detail, and you handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a smile on your face.
We would like you to have:
- Several years of experience in administrative work, preferably in an international environment.
- Fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- A positive and problem-solving attitude with the ability to take initiative.
- Strong communication skills and a natural sense of service.
