Blinto is Sweden's fastest-growing auction site, founded in the autumn of 2018 to provide the market with a complete online auction service built on modern digital technology combined with the highest personal service. We primarily cater to business sellers, and on our site, you can find items in construction, transport, agriculture, forestry, etc.

We are an expanding company with high growth ambitions, and today we have about 80 employees, of which about 25 are based at our headquarters in Växjö. Our auction brokers work with "Sweden as their workplace," which means they work from home and are spread across almost the entire country.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As our colleague in customer service, you will:

Be an important support for your colleagues in daily administration and customer care.
Receive contacts via phone and email from customers and clients.
Publish ads on various advertising networks.
Organize, coordinate, and handle various tasks to ensure that the sales process runs smoothly and is of the highest quality.
Support our auction brokers to facilitate their work.

YOUR PROFILE

You have previous experience in customer support/customer service.
You are proficient in both Swedish and English in both spoken and written forms.
You enjoy meeting and helping people in a flexible manner.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle stress well.
You are a confident and communicative person who can clearly guide the customer through the conversation.
You handle challenging situations with professionalism and ensure that both the customer's and the company's interests are taken care of.
You have good computer skills.

We consider it an asset if you speak German and Polish and have experience in sales.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

We assume that everyone at the headquarters works from here. We are located in fresh premises at i11 in Växjö and do our utmost to ensure that everyone feels comfortable here. It is of utmost importance that our employees feel good and have fun at work. Therefore, we offer one hour of wellness during work hours each week and a wellness allowance of 5000 SEK per year. The position is full-time and permanent with an initial probationary period. Start date is no later than June. Work takes place at our office during office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We expect you to be able to work for large parts of the summer.
