Do you want to help develop communication in an organization that makes a difference? We are now looking for an experienced and committed communicator who wants to contribute to creating clear, inspiring, and target group-adapted communication for our operations. RESPONSIBILITIES
As a communicator with us, you will have a central role in developing and driving communication efforts both internally and externally. Your main tasks include:
- Planning, implementing, and following up communication projects to support the organization's goals.
- Working with and developing digital tenant information.
- Coordinating and strengthening internal communication to inform and engage employees.
- Producing and adapting content for various communication channels, including web, newsletters, social media, and printed materials.
- Collaborating with different parts of the organization to ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Supporting media coordination and PR work.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in driving projects and leading communication efforts from start to finish.
- Experience in working with market-driven communication and adapting messages according to target groups and channels.
- Excellent ability to collaborate, build relationships, and work with various stakeholders.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude with a focus on results and impact.
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in both strategic and operational communication work, preferably in a similar role. You have a relevant education in communication, marketing, or equivalent professional competence. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of the Office package and experience working with web and design tools.
Experience in media management and PR is an advantage, as well as knowledge of working in various management and operational systems, such as CRM. You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
A driving license (B) is required.
