JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a staffing planner/administrative support, you have a key role with responsibility for streamlining and managing administrative tasks to relieve the operations. By taking care of administrative tasks, you enable the manager to focus on their primary responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling in TimeCare and maintaining close dialogue with the department manager to plan the schedule according to the needs of the operations. You will ensure that applicable laws and agreements are followed, manage shift changes, vacation assignments, and urgent vacancies. You will also be responsible for the clinic's mandatory training and communication with the clinic's hired staff and their employers. Additionally, you will place orders to the staffing unit and approve invoices.

You will also be part of a network consisting of other staffing planners within healthcare in the region. There you will have the opportunity to raise relevant issues, understanding, and consensus within your area and benefit from colleagues' experiences to solve challenges.

The introduction will be tailored according to your background and experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed nurse

We prefer that you have personnel administrative education/experience and an interest in administrative work and operational development. Experience from healthcare in various roles is meritorious but not an absolute requirement. You should have good computer skills and be quick to learn different IT programs. You are great at organizing and structuring your work and meticulous in your tasks.

Personal qualities we value in this role are stress-resistant, flexible, and easy to collaborate with. You should thrive in being able to work independently and in an outward-facing role and be curious to learn new things and easily adapt to new assignments if needed. Previous experience with scheduling and TimeCare is a plus. We are keen to find the right person and will therefore place great emphasis on personal suitability.
