JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are expanding our work focusing on private providers and are looking for someone who wants to join our team.

The position is located in the quality and follow-up department, whose main task is to support the committee and management's mission to ensure that the operations have the conditions and resources to fulfill their tasks and comply with applicable regulations. The department's mission mainly includes cross-administrative operational planning, processes & reporting, quality and operational follow-up, private providers, patient safety work, and committee administration. The department currently consists of 15 employees.

As a business controller, you will work with procurement, according to the Law on Freedom of Choice (LOV) and the Public Procurement Act (LOU), of private providers within the care administration in collaboration with the central procurement department.

You will conduct regular contract follow-ups of the private providers together with other business controllers, the medically responsible nurse, and the socially responsible coordinator who also belongs to the department. Together, you are a team.

Your work also includes invoice management and handling various inquiries related to private providers. Additionally, it involves conducting investigations according to Lex Sara and investigations that may come from the committee or management.

You will participate in the work with internal budgets, interim and annual reports, quality and operational follow-ups, as well as user surveys within the care administration's operational area, linked to SoL, LSS, and HSL.

You are a team player with different professions who support each other, taking joint responsibility for the various issues of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS

A university degree with a focus on or a combination of law, political science, or sociology, or other education deemed appropriate by the employer. Experience in follow-up and analytical work is a prerequisite for succeeding in your role. Experience in procurement work according to both LOV and LOU is an advantage.

Presenting cases or investigations for, for example, management groups and care committees is part of the job. Experience in preparing cases for political decisions, especially in a municipal care committee or social committee, is advantageous.

We believe you are a person who, through your experience, is confident in yourself and your abilities, as well as capable of flexibility and responsibility.

You easily engage people and create consensus and participation in change processes. You have knowledge and understanding of what contributes to good quality for those the operations are intended for. You work systematically, keeping a broad perspective and seeing issues from a holistic viewpoint. Furthermore, you identify improvement needs in the operations through your analytical skills and quality-conscious approach. You have good administrative skills and are structured, meaning you plan, organize, and prioritize effectively.

Since an important part of the job is to develop and maintain good relationships, we will place great emphasis on your social skills.
