Blinto is Sweden's fastest-growing auction site, founded in the autumn of 2018 to offer the market a complete online auction service built on modern digital technology combined with the highest personal service. We primarily target business sellers, and on our site, you can find items in construction, transport, agriculture, forestry, etc.

We are an expanding company with high growth ambitions, and today we have about 80 employees, of which about 25 are based at our headquarters in Växjö. Our auction brokers work with "Sweden as a workplace," which means they work from home and are spread across almost the entire country.

We are now looking for a colleague to support our customer service this summer!

ABOUT THE POSITION

As our colleague in customer service, you will:

• Be an important support to your colleagues in the daily work with administration and customer care.
• Receive contacts via phone and email from customers and clients.
• Organize, coordinate, and handle various tasks that ensure the sales process runs smoothly and is of the highest quality.

YOUR PROFILE

• You enjoy meeting and helping people in a flexible way.
• You have a good command of both Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle stress well.
• You are a confident and communicative person who can clearly guide the customer through the conversation.
• You handle challenging situations with professionalism and ensure that both the customer's and the company's interests are taken care of.
• You have good computer skills.

We consider it a merit if you have experience in customer support/service and if you speak additional languages besides Swedish and English, such as German and Polish.

The position is full-time and extends over the summer, from June to August. The work takes place at our office during office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
