QSG Bevakning AB is now looking for a team leader for one of our offices in Växjö to lead and coach their team. The team leader should inspire respect and trust through their leadership.

As a team leader, you will participate in the practical work of the operation and lead and distribute tasks with assigned resources, thereby enabling the group to deliver quality and productivity results according to the business plan, KPIs, and budget. Responsibilities include setting clear goals for employees, which should then be regularly followed up in development and feedback discussions.

We offer a salary according to the collective agreement between Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union. Since QSG Bevakning AB is a security-classified company, a security review with a background check will be conducted according to the Security Protection Act.

As a team leader, you are prepared to take on significant responsibility, be flexible, and attentive to the customer. You should also be able to write instructions for monitoring and maintain good communication with both customers and employees. We are looking for someone who has personal maturity and feels secure in their professional role. Personal qualities are what determine the best fit. You should possess a high level of security awareness and social competence. The operation is driven by clear leadership with motivated and engaged employees, where established processes and the company's values are important ingredients.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as drive, initiative, and the ability to structure, plan, and prioritize your work. Your personal leadership qualities are also very important, as you are expected to be trustworthy, clear, and communicative. You are expected to actively conduct customer meetings and should have the ability and willingness to speak in front of a group during staff meetings and recruitment days where we introduce and train new employees for the company.

You need to have very good computer skills, and it is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience in preparing written instructions and routines. Requirements for the position include valid parking attendant training and a B driver's license. The work is scheduled during the day.

Requirements:

• Security training 1 & 2
• B driver's license
• For employment at QSG Bevakning AB, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Public law parking attendant training
• Good communication and social skills
• Approved high school education or equivalent
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
