Executive Secretary to Folktandvården Kronoberg

We have over 340 employees at Folktandvården Kronoberg, and our operations consist of general dental care and specialist dental care, a development clinic, a mobile clinic, an administrative office, and a Service Center. We have clinics in 6 of the county's 8 municipalities, and our common mission is to create good oral health for the residents of Kronoberg.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is the position for you who want to work in a dynamic environment where you contribute to improving and developing Folktandvården's operations. The position of executive secretary is new, and the assignment primarily involves providing qualified administrative support to the dental manager.

The tasks will be varied and will include:

  • Coordinating, administering, and supporting the dental manager to ensure a smooth and efficient workday
  • Creating and managing administrative documents, handling correspondence, booking travel
  • Planning, arranging, and documenting meetings and activities, including preparing materials, presentations, and writing minutes
  • Managing overarching administrative issues and other practical tasks that contribute to the optimal functioning of the operations

You will also work in Region Kronoberg's various IT systems related to finance, deviations, and document management. You will be part of a network for executive secretaries in healthcare and dentistry.

The position is located at Folktandvården's office, which is an administrative unit that works for the entire Folktandvården. Currently, we are 18 people working with IT, finance, payroll, statistics, administration of dental care agreements, HR, as well as materials and environment. We are centrally located on Klostergatan in Växjö.

This is a permanent position, but an initial probationary period of 6 months may be applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education; it is an advantage if you have previous experience in administrative support, preferably within healthcare or dentistry. You have a good sense of service, good collaboration skills, and are used to independently driving your work forward. Coordinating, structuring, and building relationships come naturally to you. You are meticulous and have excellent administrative skills. You have very good knowledge of both spoken and written Swedish. You are a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite and find it exciting to learn new digital tools in your work.
