JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Växjö Municipality is now seeking a driven and committed HR consultant who wants to contribute with their experience and expertise. We are a cutting-edge HR department, and here you will have the opportunity to contribute to our development work and have great opportunities to further develop in your role as HR. You will join a team with high engagement, good collaboration, and an open and inclusive work climate. We can offer you a position where you will have the opportunity to drive development issues within the entire HR area and thereby meet large parts of our broad and important operations.

The role of HR consultant means that you will work closely with managers, but you are also expected to contribute to our strategic work by helping to develop our processes. In this role, you will be consultative and provide support in several areas of HR, such as labor law, salary, recruitment, rehabilitation, and workplace environment. We are looking for someone who, with the help of their experience in the field, is accustomed to working independently and feels confident handling current issues. You are expected to be a problem solver and flexible in your role. As an HR consultant, you will closely collaborate with your colleagues in the department while also being expected to take personal responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree from the program in personnel and working life or other education deemed equivalent. You are trustworthy, responsible, and confident in your role as an HR consultant and comfortable working broadly within HR issues.

To thrive and succeed in the role, you see no task as too big or too small, but take on the tasks that need to be done with enthusiasm. As a person, you are solution-oriented, structured, and find it easy to work systematically with multiple tasks simultaneously. You prioritize and drive your work forward in an independent and thoughtful manner. You have a high communicative ability both in writing and verbally.
