Lessebo Municipality is located in the heart of Glasriket and has approximately 8,300 inhabitants, over 300 companies, and more than 1 million visitors annually. The transportation links are good with commuting distance to Linnaeus University in Växjö and Kalmar. Our operations are based in the four locations of Lessebo, Hovmantorp, Kosta, and Skruv.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be placed at the municipal executive office and report to the HR manager. You assist managers within the social services department to ensure correct salaries on time, but you are also part of our HR department where we help each other with arising questions. In addition to close collaboration with HR consultants and managers, you will have an active dialogue with our salary collaboration HUL together with Uppvidinge and Högsby municipalities.

• support to the operations, including via phone, but also through both digital and physical meetings
• quality assurance of salary payments
• handling complex salary matters
• corrections when errors occur and handling various certificates

QUALIFICATIONS

You have relevant YH education, post-secondary education, or other training in the salary area combined with relevant work experience. We prefer that you have experience in central salary management in a consultative role within a municipality or region.

Previous experience working in a personnel and payroll system like ours, Visma, is a requirement, and if you also have experience working with our subsidiary system Time Care, it is an advantage.
