Sales Consultant Manager in Växjö

About the role
As a Consultant Manager at Adecco in Växjö, you will work with the delivery of staffing and recruitment services for both white-collar and blue-collar personnel. You will have overall responsibility for your clients, combining the development of existing relationships with active new customer acquisition as a natural part of your daily routine.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and mapping your clients' needs, creating business and activity plans, and adapting sales strategies to meet and exceed set goals. Additionally, you will have personnel responsibility for a number of consultants working with our clients, which means you act as a secure and inspiring leader.
Your main responsibilities:
- Daily contact with candidates, consultants, and clients.
- Recruitment of consultants and handling of personnel issues.
- Develop existing customer relationships and actively pursue new clients.
- Manage administration, planning, and ensure high-quality delivery.
You will be based at our office in Växjö and report directly to our Area Branch Manager.

Important for the position:
- Communication skills: You build trust and networks with both clients and colleagues. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
- Sales experience: You have experience in value-creating sales and understand the importance of thinking solution-oriented and business-minded.
- Service and business focus: You are attentive and put the client's needs at the center.
- Structure and flexibility: You handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus and always deliver with quality.
- A valid driver's license and access to a car are required.
