Finance Assistant at Elcare Nordic

This is not a traditional finance assistant role! At Elcare Nordic, you will play a key role in ensuring that the company receives correct payment for completed repairs. Here, finance and administration are combined with analysis, problem-solving, and business flows in a fast-paced environment. The role requires you to keep multiple processes running simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Elcare Nordic is the leading service partner in the Nordics for IT and consumer electronics. We provide authorized service for PCs, tablets, TVs, monitors, audio/video equipment, mobile phones, coffee machines, etc. At Elcare Nordic, we have 300 employees and perform more than 1500 repairs daily. We at Maxkompetens are now looking for a service-minded and analytical person who will initially work as a consultant, with very good chances of becoming directly employed at Elcare Nordic.

Your Responsibilities

As a Finance Assistant at Elcare Nordic, your tasks will focus on ensuring that the company receives correct payment for completed repairs. You will be an important link between internal finance, production, and customers.

The following tasks will be daily:

• You will continuously monitor, check, and perform analyses of completed repairs and report these to the relevant customers.
• You will ensure that invoices are issued on time to our customers by being involved in both internal and external dialogues.
• In some cases, find solutions through compromises with customers, primarily via email but also by phone.
• Assist with the implementation of new/changed agreements and processes to correctly follow up on repairs.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a background in administration and finance. It is important that you have a good understanding of systemic and financial flows and the consequences these may have. The role requires you to work in a structured manner and meet deadlines for both reporting and invoicing.

You have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating and building relationships - both within the team and with production, internal support functions, and external parties.

You have general knowledge of the Office suite and extensive experience with Excel, including formulas, functions, and pivot tables. To succeed in the role, you need to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. It is an advantage if you also speak Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish.
