The orthopedic clinic provides specialist care in Växjö and Ljungby. Within the orthopedic clinic in Växjö, the medical secretaries work with healthcare administration within the orthopedic clinic and acute geriatric clinic.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The secretary group has the joint task of meeting the clinics' needs for healthcare documentation and administrative support. The tasks are varied and include, among other things, writing medical records, handling referrals, scheduling appointments, telephone service, managing quality registers, and coding diagnoses, both in outpatient and inpatient settings.

QUALIFICATIONS

Vocational training diploma as a medical secretary. Presentation of diploma as a medical secretary.

We are looking for someone who is an educated medical secretary/healthcare administrator/doctor's secretary and has good knowledge of IT and the Swedish language. You see development work as a natural part of everyday life. It is an advantage if you have experience working in Cambio Cosmic and training in diagnosis classification, but it is not a requirement.

You have an important role with us. Since the work involves a lot of contact with patients, other units, and professional categories, we value that you have a good attitude, good communication skills, and can provide excellent service. You need to be open to challenges, flexible, able to coordinate, have an eye for details, and solve unforeseen events.
